Most login problems come from one of three places: the route is unavailable on your network, the password is wrong, or the account needs a security check. Work out which problem you have before repeatedly tapping Login.
Start with a maintained address
Open the current links page when you need the full list. These two player routes were included in the latest site check:
Before entering your username
Look at the address bar first. The page should use HTTPS and the domain should match a route reached from this site. A logo, familiar colors or a screenshot sent in chat is not enough to prove that a page is genuine.
- Use a password that is not shared with email, banking or social accounts.
- Do not send a password, PIN or one-time code to an agent or support contact.
- On a shared phone or computer, avoid saving the password and sign out when finished.
A quick way to diagnose the failure
If the page never reaches a login form, try another maintained route or a different connection. If the form loads but reports incorrect credentials, stop guessing and use the recovery option shown on that page. Several failed attempts may trigger a temporary security restriction.
If you can sign in but cannot use part of the account, the issue is no longer the domain. Check the notification inside the account for verification, profile or payment instructions.
Password recovery without exposing the account
Use the recovery flow reached from a maintained route. Confirm only through the channel attached to your own account. A legitimate recovery process should not require remote-control access to your device or a separate payment to release the account.
When to stop and leave the page
Close the page if someone asks you to reveal an OTP in chat, install a remote-access app, transfer money to restore login, or use a domain that is not on the maintained list. Keep a screenshot of the address and the error message, but cover your username and any personal details before sending it to support.
Why one route may work while another does not
Network blocking can vary by provider and location. This is why the navigation page carries more than one checked route. Changing routes should not change your account credentials; if a page asks you to create a second account just because one domain failed, verify the address again.
Account access is only the first step. If you choose to play, set a time and spending limit beforehand and read the responsible gaming guide.
